  • How can I register for one of the programs?
    You have to register online, on this website here. Your registration is confirmed upon receipt of the payment and completed registration form.
  • Can I watch a program session before I decide to join?
    Normally, Yes you can watch a session, please inform us when you are coming to be able to inform you about any changes.
  • Are you programs also accessible for male players?
    No, all the program are strictly for female players
  • Do you have trial sessions?
    We do provide trials classes, players can join for one session and after the trial session decide if they want to continue. Please register first for a trial session for us to know who is coming for trial.
  • Is there a registration fee?
    Yes for the Netball Academy we charge a registration fee.
  • If a player can not make it for one of the sessions, will the fees be prorated?"
    Fees will be pro-rated only when SportsHub Netball Academy management is informed before the start of the program about the dates that player will not be able to join. You can indicate the dates you want to be prorated when you sigh up. When payment is made, and/or the first session of the program has started, no pro-rated fees will be provided. You can prorate maximum 3 sessions.
  • How do I make payment?
    Program fee payment needs to be made 5 days before the first session to confirm your registration and acceptance into the program. You will receive a receipt by email. You will pay to the SportCity Pte. Ltd. We have the following payment options: - Pay Now to 87939080 (SGNA Manager) - Bank transfer into bank account DBS 072-594-5194 (SportCity Pte. Ltd.) - PayPal/credit card on our website using the online payment option Please provide the name of the player in the payment comments. Please inform us by WhatsApp message when you have made a transfer to our bank account or paid with PayNow. We do not accept cash or cheque payments. ​ All fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable. Refunds will not be given for partial attendance, nor will make up sessions be provided.
  • Can beginners join the programs?
    Yes, beginners can join the programs.
  • Are parents or friends allowed to watch a program session?
    Normally, Yes you are allowed to watch you daughter of friends playing Netball. Please note our Conditions of Entry prior to your visit.
  • Do you provide make-up sessions?
    The make-up sessions are subject to availability and you may send your request to manager@netballacademy.sg. Kindly be advised that the make-up sessions may be held at other training venues such as Methodist Girls' School, Haig Girls' School and Kallang Netball Center and there will be no refunds for any missed sessions.
  • Can I request for a refund if I do not wish to continue with the sessions?
    There will be no refunds after the payment is confirmed.
  • Do I get a refund when I am injured?
    In the case of withdrawal for medical reasons, a credit note will be provided if validated with a medical certificate/note submitted by a medical specialist. A letter of a General Practitioner is not sufficient. No cash refunds will be given. In exceptional cases a cash refund will be given in case of an injury that needs recovery longer than 16 full weeks, in case of less time recovery, the fees of the recovery time will be brought forward and discounted with the next term payment. Credit amounts will be valid for no longer than 6 months. Refunds or brought forward fees start from the first full week of recovery and an administration fee of $80 applies in case of cash refund. In case of withdrawal, SportsHub Netball Academy management needs to be informed within 2 weeks of injury, later submitted requests will not be taken in consideration.
  • What is the duration of the classes
    The duration of each class is 2 hours. Players are encourages to arrive on time.
  • Do you provide school testimonials?
    We provide testimonials for players that are at least 3 consecutive terms in our programs. Otherwise we will provide a letter stating the attendance of the player. We will provide a standard letter for your school. Please provide us with special forms in case the school requires more than a letter only. Please inform the Netball@SportsHub manager at least 6 weeks before closing date.
  • Are the session conducted by a coach?
    All programs will be conducted by professional coaches of the Singapore Netball Academy.
  • Are there lockers available in OCBC Arena?
    Yes, lcokers are available at no additional charges and they are located beside the changing rooms. Please note that all lockers have to be cleared by the end of the day.

  • How does a session look like?
    We start every session with warm-up games, stretching and exercises to prevent as much as possible injuries during the session. After the warm-up we will provide a variation of ball handling and footwork drills and games to improve your netball skills. After these drills we will play full court or half court netball games. After the games we will finish will cool down stretching. The duration of a session is 2 hours.
  • How does the schedule look like?

  • Do you have trial sessions?
    We do provide trials classes, players can join for one session and after the trial session decide if they want to continue. Please register first for a trial session here for us to know who is coming for trial. The cost for a trial sessions is $40
  • Is there an age restriction for the program?
    Yes, participants will need to be between 7 years old and 12 years old in order for them to register for the program. Please note that the age is calculated based on the year of birth of the player.
  • Is Afterschool Netball also accessible for male players?
    No, all are programs are strictly for female players.
  • What are the cost for Afterschool Netball?
    ​The program fee for one term is $380 for 10 sessions of 2 hours. There is an administration fee of $30 Players need to purchase an attire at $50 ​Program fees will be prorated when you let us know before the start of a term which sessions the player is not able to join. Once joined the first session, full or agreed fees apply. The minimum fee for a term is $301 (7 sessions).
  • What is the minimum number of players?
    The minimum number of players is 6 players.
  • Whats is the maximum number of players?
    The maximum number of players of a session is 21 players and players will rotate to play full court games.
  • What happens when there are not enough players to play a full court game?
    For a full game we need 14 players. If we have 11-14 players we will still play a full court game. If we have 10 or less players we will play a half court game.
  • What does a player need to wear during a session?
    Netball Academy players will ware an blue & black attire of the Sports Hub Netball Academy Regarding the shoes, to prevent accidents, players need good (indoor) Netball shoes/running shoes. Players are advised to bring a towel and a water bottle.
  • How does a session look like?
    We start every session with warm-up games, stretching and exercises to prevent as much as possible injuries during the session. After the warm-up we will play continuous games with rest periods in between. After the games we will finish will cool down stretching. Depending on the number of players and the fatigue level of the players the duration of a session is between 1.5 hour and 2 hours.
  • What does a player need to wear during a session?
    We do not have specific requirements for our programs, players can wear anything that is comfortable to play Netball. Regarding the shoes, to prevent accidents, players need good (indoor) Netball shoes/running shoes. Players are advised to bring a towel and a water bottle.

    ​The program fee for one term is $200 for 10 sessions of 2 hours. There is no administration fee. ​Program fees will be prorated when you let us know before the start of a term which sessions the player is not able to join. Once joined the first session, full or agreed fees apply. The minimum fee for a term is $175 (7 sessions).
  • What is the minimum number of players?
    The minimum number of players is 6 players.
