Strength & Conditioning
This programs will be conducted in the Sports Hub gym and is a group workout training.
The layout of this program is going to be in three distinct sections:
This forms the basis from which you will obtain fitness in the lungs, legs and heart to be able to perform at your best.
STRENGTH and AGILITY
This section will create the stability and power for you to launch an assault on the sport. Some of the exercises are designed to create stability, whilst others are to create power. You need to be stable prior to being strong.
This is the flexibility part of the program. It forms what you would know as the stretching part of the program, updated for the modern era. It really helps to prevent injury
